VFX Producer
We’re looking for a VFX producer to join our team in Tampere, Finland to work on upcoming feature film visual effects.
Particularly, we’re looking for a VFX producer with extensive experience in:
- Producing feature film VFX
- Client-facing project management
- VFX workflows, pipelines and turnarounds
- Managing project budget, overseeing team workflow and production schedule
- Providing detailed and accurate bids
The position is on-site and full-time but we are happy to consider remote or project-based contracts as well. Contract start date is open to negotiation.
VFX Production Coordinator
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This position supports the VFX Producers and VFX Supervisors in keeping projects operating in an organized and efficient manner. Coordinators are information sharepoints that hold teams together while being able to balance multiple needs, projects and tasks at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Assists VFX Producers, Supervisors, and Artists to ensure every project is handled efficiently and effectively while maintaining company standards.
- Communicates information between departments quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional approach.
- Pays close attention to details and is thorough in handling project related deliveries.
- Oversees trafficking-data movement for projects, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Assists Producers in artists’ work progress, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Anticipates challenges while communicating concerns to VFX Producers and Supervisors.
- Takes detailed and comprehensive review/meeting notes and distributes and/or uploads into Shotgun database in a timely fashion.

CG Supervisor
We are looking for a CG Supervisor to join our team and work with us on our exciting projects (feature film / TV-series). CG Supervisor will be responsible for all 3D content on a production and sits above all the different 3D departments.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the CG/VFX Supervisor, Production Designer, Art Director, will interpret the script, helping to define the Director’s vision.
- Scope all 3D related tasks. In collaboration with the VFX Supervisor and Production will contribute to the bidding and crewing process.
- Will oversee the quality of all work from 3D related disciplines.
- CG Supervisor to ensure that Compositing has all necessary requirements to final shots.
- Reporting progress can address comments/issues clearly to VFX Supervisors, Producers and Production Management. Can reduce complex problems to simple solutions
- In collaboration with Pipeline/IT is responsible for defining a strong yet flexible show pipeline for 3D disciplines.
- Proven history of collaborating with R&D teams, and the ability to provide, test and deploy new tool specifications in a production environment
- They are responsible for quality control, aesthetic consistency, and technical standards across departments.
- Review all Client notes, lead production meetings and dailies.
- Ensures that all 3D Assets adhere to pipeline constraints.
- Responsible for showing a wide pipeline and workflow, mentoring, documentation and information dissemination.
Requirements:
- Several years’ production experience in a Supervision role you have full knowledge of the animation pipeline and an in-depth understanding of the latest industry best practice.
- You can scope and direct the technical effort. You can foresee potential bottlenecks and eliminate technical constraints to achieve the artistic goals.
- Organized multitasker you can keep a birds eye view across all the departments to ensure that the 3D effort is achieving the artistic goals and staying on schedule.
- Great organizational skills and ability to manage a very busy team, while meeting production timetables and budgets.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment. Emphatic to the Director’s vision you can give concise and constructive feedback to the 3D crew.

Senior Houdini Artist
We are looking for a Senior Houdini Artist to join our team in Tampere, Finland to work with us on exciting TV-series and feature film projects.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently create and render exceptionally realistic 3D and FX elements under the direction of the VFX Supervisor and Art Director
- Final Houdini 3D scene assembly and output, including Digital Asset creation, setting up lighting and rendering final outputs on our render farm
- Working closely with Animators and Compositors to ensure your renders will work smoothly within pipeline
- Ability to work on animation as necessary in order to meet FX animation objectives
Requirements:
- Extensive Houdini experience (5+ years) creating realistic effects and animation for feature films
- Ability to produce photoreal work using Mantra, Arnold and/or V-ray
- Experience in shading, lighting and rendering
- A strong eye for composition, light, and color
- Prior experience creating photo-real FX elements for a feature film
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to think on your feet

Compositing Supervisor
We are looking for a Compositing Supervisor to join our team on-site in Tampere, Finland to work on visual effects on our feature film projects.
The Compositing Supervisor is responsible for the leadership of the compositing team and contributes to the establishment of the look of the final picture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of compositors on a broad range of specific projects
- Take responsibility for the quality of the work of the team as a whole
- Hands on compositing shots and sequences to a finished standard
- Work proactively and collaboratively with all other VFX and support departments
- Attend client reviews and lead daily reviews with the compositing team
- Solve any difficult technical and artistic compositing challenges
- Color pipeline management and 2D workflow as it integrates with DI, CG and DMP
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of film VFX processes and pipeline
- 8+ years experience in compositing
- Strong technical understanding of Nuke, both in 2d and 3d
- Able to deliver on schedule, working calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Able to take direction and be willing to address constructive feedback
- Proven artist management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Lead Compositor
We are looking for a Lead Compositor to join our team in Tampere, Finland and work with us on multiple high-profile projects. In addition to leading a comp team you will work closely with Visual Effects Supervisors and CG Supervisors to composite the numerous elements that complete visual-effects shots.
Responsibilities:
- Working in collaboration with the Compositing Supervisor and Visual Effects Supervisor to evaluate the creative and technical approach to assigned shots
- Giving briefs and direction to the team with the aid of the VFX Supervisors in order to ensure the appropriate execution of shots
- Training and mentoring of more junior artists
- Integrating 2D, CG / 3D and live action elements to high-end visual effects film standard
- Meeting schedules and show deadlines
- Taking responsibility for the teams’ workload, time management and notes/feedback actions required by Supervisors
Requirements:
- An excellent working knowledge of and production experience with Nuke
- A familiarity working with multiple render passes
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team
- A pro-active and collaborative work ethic
- A strong eye for detail, composition, colour and lighting
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve
- An understanding of colour space principles
- A working knowledge of the overall VFX pipeline

Senior Compositor
We are looking for experienced compositors with feature film and/or high end commercials experience to work on several high profile projects. We are looking for people who preferably are available within the next months.
Requirements:
- Be able to take on shots from start to completion to the highest level of quality and have a good eye for photorealism compositing.
- Able to carry out all compositing tasks on a shot such as Rig Removal, Cleanup, Keying, tracking, CG Multi-pass Compositing etc.
- Work in a fast paced environment and meet deliverables met by Supervisor and Production.
- Willing to learn as well as share and be a pro-active team player.
- Proven track record of working in Feature Films or Commercials.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering final shots that are creatively and technically excellent, address all notes on schedule.
- Communicates with other departments, particularly Lighting to ensure comps are up to date.
- Work in partnership with Compositing Supervisor to improve and enhance template scripts and show wide compositing tools.
